Nestled in downtown Branford, CT, our studio is more than a place to learn — it's a haven of comfort, relaxation, and community. Our spacious 2,300 square foot hardwood dance floor offers the perfect space to learn and refine your dance skills.
Conveniently located along the Connecticut shoreline, we offer lessons in Social, American and International dance styles including Swing, Foxtrot, Tango, Mambo, Waltz, Latin, Night Club Style and many others.

Studio Owner
Tania began dancing at the age of two. Ms. Nunez danced with the Connecticut Ballet for fifteen years, performing with the company ensemble in many productions. Tania began her ballroom career at an Arthur Murray studio and trained to become a teacher, then joined Dance in Rhythm as an instructor.
Continuing to pursue her love of dance, she moved to Washington D.C. to dance with the American Dance Montage, directed by ballroom legend Frank Regan. Tania has performed nationally as well as internationally.
Ms. Nunez is a member of the National Dance Council of America and holds both an Associate and Licentiate degree from the I.S.T.D. (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing). She currently competes in the Professional American Smooth division, has held the title Regional Pro Smooth Champion, and is a RS Pro National and World FADS finalist. Tania is the proud owner of Dance in Rhythm.
The Team
Oleksandr started his dance career at the age of six in a national folk ensemble in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. He performed at festivals and competitions in Turkey, Lebanon, Poland, Italy, the U.K., Spain, Switzerland, and Greece. At fifteen, he became the Ukrainian regional champion in ten dance.
A 2015 & 2018 World Masters Professional Open Latin Finalist from Ukraine, dancing since age 9. He competed regionally, nationally, and internationally across juvenile, junior, youth, and amateur divisions. In 2009, he moved to the USA and turned Professional. Achievements include 2018 US National & Open to the World Pro Rising Star Latin Vice-Champion and 2018 British Open Pro Rising Star Latin quarter-finalist (Blackpool, England).
Born into a family of dancers, Olena began dancing at age 5. Trained in ballet, jazz, International Latin, and International Standard, she competed across Ukraine, Russia, and Europe and performed in South Korea, Dubai, and China for over six years. Within one month of joining Fred Astaire, she won two first places in the Professional Division in Boston. She is now a certified professional dance teacher with a specialty in wedding couples and students of all levels.
A passionate ballroom dance instructor celebrated for her graceful style, expert technique, and warm, encouraging teaching approach. With years of experience in both Latin and Standard ballroom, Anastasia has competed in numerous national and international events. Her teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, musical connection, and the joy of movement — for fun, showcases, or competition.
Igor brings 27+ years of experience in ballroom dance to every lesson. He believes anyone can dance with the right guidance and a little patience. His lessons are fun, personalized, and designed to help you feel confident and graceful on the dance floor.
Laurent has appeared extensively on stage, TV, and film as a professional actor, dancer, choreographer, and vocalist — including roles on 30 Rock, The Good Wife, Blacklist, Elementary, Severance, and more. He first danced professionally at 17 with Connecticut Ballet Company. He is a Pro/Am competing instructor in American Smooth & Latin, Swing, Hustle, and Theater Arts, and a 2-time first place winner of "Dancing Under the Stars – Clinton."
